I identified an opportunity to re-design the lead form. We conducted research by consulting with the NCC Agents. Once we obtained their input, we created a prototype of the lead form and presented to the Agent. This was a critical stage of the project as we were in a race against time, and we had resource constraints.
Instead of utilizing the development resources, we saved time and effort on the programme as I reconfigured the lead form as per the Agents input.
In addition, the screenshots for the cue cards were closer to the final solution, which improved user application adoption.
To date 3079 Leads have been successfully actioned.
